This product has been tested and approved by IBA (Formerly AIBA) and USA Boxing for use in all competitions sanctioned under IBA Rules & USA Boxing rules. Manufactured with quality grain leather for durability. This head guard was the official head guard of the Beijing 2008 Olympics, the London 2012 Olympics & Paris 2024 for Olympics . It is made with high-quality grain leather with hi-tech Japanese amara artificial leather lining on the inside providing superior durability and comfort. This head gear includes a double hook & loop strap closing on the back and on the chin for firm tightening providing a secure and custom form fit. Absorbent moisture vicking lining keeps headguard in place and avoids slipping while in use.
