Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns, replacements, or exchanges are only accepted under these mentioned circumstances. These requests will only be considered in cases where the customer has received an incorrect or damaged product.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of the order being delivered.
- The customer must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video on Whatsapp No. 9876105390
- The video must clearly show:
- The Unboxing the parcel by showing all angles.
- The Shipping Label and their Text must be visible.
- The MRP tag on the product.
Note: Video should not be in Black/white format or tampered.
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video or beyond the 7-day window will not be entertained.
Verification Process
Once your complaint is received, our team will thoroughly investigate the issue. Upon successful verification:
- The product may be returned, replaced, or exchanged, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be generated 5-7 days from us.
Important Notes
- Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.
- The decision of the company shall be final in all cases.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Basti Sheikh Road, Jalandhar-144002 Punjab – INDIA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
